WELCOME TO THE RED BRICK ROAD FOOD TRUCK AND ART FESTIVAL, ENID’S ONLY FOOD TRUCK AND ART FESTIVAL! GET INVOLVED!
PLEASE READ BEFORE APPLYING!
This hip food experience is Enid’s only food truck festival which premiered in 2015 and has seen thousands of attendees over the last several years.
The festival is held in the 200 block of East Maple, Enid’s first paved road and last brick road, making this a unique experience from other local events.
The festival consists of several trucks and artists with live music throughout the day and also serves to promote and showcase your trucks. It’s the perfect opportunity to gain word-of-mouth buzz, one-to-one customer engagement and offers strong sales for your truck.
GENERAL INFORMATION: The 2025 festival takes place from 11am to 7pm March 22, 2025 and 12pm to 6pm March 23, 2025 in Enid, Oklahoma.
FEES: The fee for food trucks is $200 – this covers both days. Fees must be paid in advance and no truck will be allowed to participate in the event without paying said advance fee. The fee for regular vendor booths and other food vendors is $100 for both days.
SPACES: Trucks are parked according to when they arrive and what side they serve from. Vendors are placed at the discretion of the coordinator – generally in the order they arrive – artists will be together and other vendors will be together.
MENU: We would request you send an example of your menu with this application.
PERMITS: It is the vendor’s responsibility to acquire all needed city and state permits for onsite activation. The festival will do its best to aid in this process. The City of Enid’s phone number is (580) 234-0400 and you will need to speak to the City Clerk’s office. If you need additional assistance, please email info@enidevents.com.
INSURANCE: Each truck will need to supply proof of insurance in order to receive permit from the City – please have a copy in your truck at the festival.
HOURS: The hours of the event are 11am to 7pm on Saturday and 12pm to 6pm on Sunday. Each truck and booth is required to be READY TO SERVE UPON OPENING AND REMAIN IN SERVICE UNTIL CLOSE. We will NOT unblock the street and disrupt our festival for you to leave early. If you cannot attend both days, do not apply for this festival.
LOAD IN/OUT: Load in will begin at approximately 8:00 in the morning and if you need special arrangements, please contact us at info@enidevents.com. Load out will be in the evening after the festival ends. Due to insurance and liability reasons, vendors that fail to arrive on time may be refused entry and forfeit entry fee unless otherwise communicated.
ELECTRICY AND WATER: Each truck and booth must be self-sufficient.
FORCE MAJEURE: The festival enacts a Force Majeure Clause where no party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane, or other natural disaster), Acts of God, Acts of War, dispute strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service and no other party will have a right to terminate this agreement in such circumstances once this contract is signed by both parties. Applicant is required to follow all rules and regulations set forth by all event, city, state and national law making organizations.
CANCELLATION: Vendors that cancel within 15 days of the festival forfeit their fee or can use it as a credit for a future event. Early cancellations will receive full refunds, but cancelling will be taken into consideration regarding your participation in future events (depending on the circumstances). We would like to avoid cancellations but understand circumstances can change.
Responsibility to perform in compliance is solely owned by the truck or vendor and noncompliance does not void above contract or festival fees. Any additional questions, please contact us at info@enidevents.com.
